The spaces of classes for studying are divided to general classes, professional classes, computer classes and supporting professional classes.

⊿ General classes have six classes (four classes for university, two classes for graduate school), and one class for graduate students to do research and discussion purposes. All classes have been set up pearl-luster screen, microphone, amplifier, audio equipment and projector, which can be used by instructors for teaching purposes. We have coordinated with the development of computer information, also prepared portable computer and single shot projector for teachers teaching purposes.

⊿ Our department has two comfortable and spacious proficiency classes that are used for real estate professional class and geography information educational center. Besides, every department in the school has designed classes to support professional classes that be used for small classes teaching purposes. Each class can allow 20 to 25 people to sit in at the same time. Moreover, every class do have conference table for small team to discuss courses.

⊿ Every computer class in the information center do have capacity for 50 to 60 people . Every one has one set computer in each computer class. In the computer room, the walking aisles are very wide; beside, the air conditioner, single shot camera and broadcasting equipment for teaching purposes are also included. Meanwhile, in the computer room, also has been installed non-obstacle space for handicap students. Every proficiency class is installed broadcasting system for teachers to operate teaching screen and promote teaching efficiency. Every student has his or her own multimedia computer for class using. Furthermore, the software system which is installed in the proficiency classes will be renewed by instructors and market editions before new semester start. We guarantee learning environment for students, which can be coordinated with real estate industry and reach the highest standard in scholar and academy fields.
